These terms govern your use of Audeeport: the website at audeeport.com, the desktop application, and the mobile apps (together, "Audeeport"). By using Audeeport you agree to these terms.
The Audeeport desktop app is a one-time purchase. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Audeeport on up to three devices that you own or control. The mobile apps are free and licensed to you for personal use on your devices.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us at support@audeeport.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree not to: redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software or your license key; reverse engineer the software except where the law expressly permits it; use Audeeport to infringe anyone's rights or to break the law; or attempt to circumvent the license or device-activation system.
Audeeport plays media that you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the files you add. We do not host, scan, or take ownership of your library.
Payments are processed by Stripe, and prices are shown at checkout. If Audeeport doesn't work for you, contact support@audeeport.com and we'll work with you in good faith on a refund, consistent with applicable consumer law.
Your license includes updates throughout the v1.x lifecycle. We may change, add, or remove features over time as the product evolves.
Audeeport can connect to optional third-party services, such as music metadata databases and radio or podcast directories. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
Audeeport is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audeeport and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use Audeeport after a change means you accept the updated terms.
